At Salinas Endodontics, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional specialty care in a comfortable, compassionate environment. As a practice dedicated exclusively to endodontics, we focus on diagnosing and treating tooth pain, preserving natural teeth, and helping patients return to health with confidence.

Our Practice

Meet Dr. Malek

Background

Dr. Malek was born and raised in the Bay Area. After earning her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City, she obtained her dental degree from the University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She further broadened her clinical expertise by completing a General Practice Residency at Community Regional Medical Center and the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Fresno. Her passion for endodontics ultimately led her to the Herman A. Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in Los Angeles, where she completed her Endodontics residency and served as chief resident. After residency, Dr. Malek practiced in California and Colorado for several years and is thrilled to return back to California and serve the greater Salinas community.

Dr. Malek and her staff are deeply committed to ensuring that patients feel comfortable, informed, at ease, and well cared for throughout their treatment.

Affiliations

She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and previously served on their Membership Engagement Committee. She is board eligible with the American Board of Endodontists and is pursuing board certification. She is also currently learning Spanish.

Outside of the Office

Outside the office, Dr. Malek enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family and her beloved French bulldog, Bubba. She also loves trying new restaurants, attending 49ers games with her family, skiing, and watching golf.
